Wu Jiawei, an alumna of Grade 1990 and a professor from Tsinghua University, just won the 8th Award for Chinese Women in Science.

The Award for Women in Science is aimed at praising young women scientists who have made major achievements in science and technology and encouraging them to achieve more fruitful research results. It is awarded annually. A total of ten outstanding women scientists won this award this year. Professor Wu Jiawei, from Tsinghua University, was among them. She is also an alumna of Grade 1990, Kuang Yaming Honors School, Nanjing University.
